2 minute home-made hair packs for healthy lustrous hair

It is rightly said that hair is a woman’s glory. But in today’s hectic times, women hardly get the time to take care of themselves.  Pollution, dirt along with stress leads to hair problems like dandruff, hair fall, itching, and even balding. To tackle these hair problems, here are few home-made hair packs, which are not only easy but also effective and they do not take more than 2 minutes to make.

 

1) Yogurt (Dahi,Curd) – Moisturiser

Yogurt is a boon for hair. It is an excellent product which is multi functional in nature. The lactic acid in yogurt targets the hair and provides the much needed moisturizer. This takes care of the dryness in hair and makes the hair glossy, soft and supple. Yogurt also cures the problem of dandruff. Apply yogurt on the scalp and hair for 15-20 minutes and rinse, it is as simple as that.

 

2) Curry Leaves -Natural Hair Dye

Boil curry leaves and some coconut oil once the residue is black, let it cool and then apply on hair and scalp for 30-40 minutes, rinse thereafter. This combination of curry leaves with coconut hair oil, takes care of hair fall and also gives the natural dark color to the hair. Say bye bye to harmful hair color after using this hair pack.

 

3) Honey and Milk – Hydrates the hair

Mix 1 tsp honey into a glass of raw whole milk then massage it into the scalp and hair from root to tip. Apply it for 20-25 minutes and then rinse. This pack will nourish the hair from root to tip and will bring back the hair to life.

 

4)Aloe Vera -Shine

Aloe Vera is multipurpose and truly magical . When Aloe Vera gel is applied on the scalp and hair and kept for a period of 15-20 minutes and then rinsed.  It makes the hair bouncy and shiny. It also gets rid of any fungal infection of the scalp, which maybe causing hair problems.

 

All the above hair packs are very easy and extremely beneficial. They should be used twice a week for best results. Taking care of the hair is very important , if the hair is not clean and healthy then it can also lead to other problems like pimples and other skin ailments.
